Uzbek Crullers


  • 1 kg of flour
  • 150 g of margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of milk or water
  • 1 kg of vegetable oil
  • Salt


Make dough from flour, margarine, eggs, milk or water and salt. Let stand for 30-40 minutes and on a greased work surface, roll out into a small log. Cut dough into 15-20 g of pieces, roll each piece on cheese grater with thumb for decoration. Deep-fat fry, stirring occasionally.
