  • 500g ofsugar
  • Whites of 2 eggs
  • 20 g of soaproot


Heat sugar and water for syrup and allow to cool. Boil soap root in 1 cup of water, filter, and chill. Add soaproot water to egg whites and beat well until foamy. Combine syrup with egg whites and beat until thick.
