Liver Kebab


  • 500 g of sheep or beef liver
  • 300 g of mutton fat
  • 300 g of onion
  • 200 g of flour
  • Black pepper and salt to taste


Clean the liver, mutton fat and cut into 10-15 g of pieces. Salt and dredge in flour.Tread liver on skewers, alternating with pieces of fat, and grill over hot coals. Please liver on a serving dish, top with finely sliced onions, salt and freshly ground pepper.
