Egg Dumplings


  • 500 g of flour
  • 15 eggs
  • 5 onions
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • Salt and black pepper


Dice boiled eggs and combine well with sauteed onions, salt and black pepper. Make stiff dough of flour, salt, egg, and milk, knead well. Roll out dough and cut into squares. Place a teaspoon of egg mixture in the center, fold dough corner to corner, pinch edges completely enclosing egg. Boil in salted water. Serve drained with melted butter.
