Atala - flour soup


  • 500 g of flour
  • 200 g of sheep's fat
  • 2-3 onions
  • Salt to taste


In a saucepan, place sheep's fat or grease, heat it and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown. Add one cup of water, bring to a boil and add sifted flour. Cook, stirring regularly so flour does not clump.
