Suzma salad


  • 500 g of suzma
  • 1/2 bundle of green onions
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander and dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Grate suzma well, put in a bowl, mix with chopped greens, green onions, salt and pepper.
