In a soup kettle, fry onions, add sliced bell peppers and tomatoes, cook about 5-8 minutes. Add pre-boiled and cubed potatoes and cook 5 more minutes. Then add pre-boiled meat, cut into thin slices. Make dough and let stand for 30-40 minutes. Roll out into 1-2 mm layer, cut into 8x8 cm squares, boil in soup. Put a serving of noodles and sauce in a bowl and garnish with chopped greens.
