Dimlama Kebab


  • 500 g of mutton
  • 300 g of onions
  • 80 g of water
  • Fresh coriander
  • Dill
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste.


Cut mutton into 20-25 g of pieces, add salt and pepper. Place in individual serving size eathenware pots, alternating layers of meat with chopped onions and greens. Add a bit of water to each pot and cook in an oven until ready.
